We were looking for a Condo in Miami area and did not know where to get started. We searched online for a good agent and came across Carolina's profile and reviews. We reached out to her to help find us a Condo. We are glad that we made that call. She worked with us to understand our needs, the budget, preferred areas for commute etc. She possess good knowledge of all the buildings in the area and recommended few for us to shortlist. She even identified the ones which we should not look at based on our needs. She has great knowledge of prevailing pricing for each building in the area, potential appraisal pricing. She also helped us deciding the offer price. She negotiated on our behalf and did excellent. The situation got tricky when the appraisal came way below the offer price because the appraiser did not do good job with comparing the properties. She helped us pushback the appraisal by providing right comparisons in the area. That helped bring the appraisal closer to our offer price which allowed us to close the deal! So excited to get the unit of our choice within our price range. We strongly recommend her for your real estate needs. We are grateful to her to help us find our new home in the Miami area. I found Carolina on Yelp. Initially, I called her to see if she could help me find a rental home since I was moving from out of state. After realizing how expensive rents have become in Miami, I asked her about buying a couple of days later. She promptly connected me to a great mortgage company/bank who pre-approved me right away and immediately arranged to do a walk through of a house that had already jumped out at me online. In addition, she added me to a web application that sent me new relevant listings in the price range daily, but I had already fallen in love with the house and area. I decided to go into contract on it after she did the walk through (she showed me everything by video during the walk though) and flew down the next week to inspect it.

After the inspection, she negotiated for a very large seller's concession - I mean very large. Later, by luck for me, the house under-appraised due to the very hot local market where comps can be a problem due to rapid price increases. Somehow at the end of that nerve-wracking (for me) process, Carolina managed to get me the house for a rebate from the original contract price that I'm still shocked at. I mean thousands upon thousands of dollars marked down from our contract price for a beautiful vintage home in an exceedingly hot local market in a really good area.

Her negotiation skills far surpass other realtors I've worked with, and this isn't my first home. She operates with one objective in mind: her client's interest. She doesn't care about making more money herself on a deal - she cares about getting you the best deal possible. A happy client is worth more to her than another few grand for her.

I literally think she's working some kind of magic as I write this from my new home when I think about how much she got knocked off the price. This is a realtor who walks on negotiation water. I can't promise the same outcome for everyone because events sort of lined up in my favor, but without Carolina going to bat for me, I definitely would have paid significantly more money for this deal.

In addition, every person she connected me to from the mortgage company to the inspector to the title company to even a roofer and contractor have also all been professional and easy to deal with, and that's really useful especially for an out of state buyer. She doesn't push anyone on you - these are simply local recommendations.

This young and professional woman is destined to be a rockstar realtor in Miami. If she were a tech startup, I would invest.

If I could sum up my experience with Carolina in one word it would be phenomenal. I was moving from Savannah, GA to Miami with no knowledge of the surrounding areas and I needed a place to live in about a month. Given the current hot market where rentals are scooped up immediately, I thought I was doomed to live in a van down by the river (or beach in this case). Cue Carolina’s heroics. Carolina has extensive and in-depth knowledge of all the areas in and around Miami and she was able to match my wants and needs with the best area for me. Carolina then worked tirelessly to find me the perfect condo. All of this was achieved in a few weeks! Carolina has superb customer service skills, unbeatable market knowledge, and is super easy to communicate with, and very responsive.

Other agents make buying or renting feel transactional. You are just another person with a budget/money and they won’t go the extra mile for you. Carolina genuinely cares about her customers and their happiness. I cannot recommend or endorse her enough. She will find the perfect property for you!
